Dimension Intercontinental Pvt Ltd, the official dealer of Force Motors in Nepal, has opened a new, state-of-the-art service center in Chauthe, Pokhara. The service center was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by representatives from the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal, the Himalaya Organization, and the Western Automobile Dealers Association.
The new service center is part of Dimension Intercontinental’s ongoing efforts to provide top-quality after-sales service to its customers. The company has already opened a new showroom in Chauthe, and with the service center now operational, customers of Force Motors will have access to the latest service facilities.
“With the service and spare parts outlets now open in this 7 Ropani infrastructure, customers will be able to get fast, efficient, and effective service,” said Niran KC, Managing Director of Dimension Intercontinental.
Dimension Intercontinental has been importing and selling Force brand vehicles in Nepal for the past eight years. The company’s 14-seater jeeps, with the highest seating capacity in Nepal, as well as its pick-up vans, school buses, micro buses, and high-class ambulances, are popular in the Nepali market. The company has branches in Garidhara and Itahari in Kathmandu, and is currently providing sales and after-sales services through a 22-dealer network across the country. The company plans to bring new models of Force Motors buses and jeeps to the Nepali market soon, after the successful introduction of Gurkha Jeep.
