We are writing this content on the basis of people’s verdict on social media, especially the reviews/rating provided to the social media pages of the automobile companies.
Most Customers are dissatisfied with service center
Rajendra Rokaya doesn’t recommend Yamaha Nepal. He writes,
Bikes are good but after sales customer services are very poor. There is no uniformity of service charges in valley branches. They just wann to earn money without better service.
Another customer writes how he is scammed by Yamaha service center. He writes
Yamaha Is best Bike No Doubt.
But Yamaha Nepal is only oriented in selling bike….Their bikes are super smooth …. and reliable….no doubt.
but i become like victim from Authorized service center….
”My bike was under warranty..while i was doing Final free service…they did Servicing…just change mobi..and filter… and they say bike is ok…
i told while starting some irritating sound come why…..?? some time unable to start with single start…
they say its normal..because of heat…and gas inside its happen..
..then i think its ok….
later after 15 days … i went again…
they ask is in Warrenty ??? i told them just finished some dsy before….
then then …they check bike nicely…
and they say your Self Start Motor is damaged….need to change cost 6k.
and service charge too…
i ask this problem was from before …i told while i came for free service before .. they say that time it was not…. there…. such a scammers are in Yamaha shame on you people…….
bike is very nice but service…. like fraud company….. ..

Fascino 113cc has been a very bad experience to me and it has been giving several problems. The customer service is the worst. The servicing and the servicing team at yamaha jamal are very unpleasant and unsatisfactory. I do not recommend yamaha nepal for buying scooters.👎🏻👎🏻
Yadab Raut doesn’t recommends Yamaha. He writes,
Provide some business skills to your showrooms and don’t provide 700 rs helmet with 425000 Motorcycle,
Abhishek Giri recommends the Yamaha Nepal and write,
all the things are good .main problem is that the respect that costumers deserve doesnt seems good . so plz yamaha teach them how to behave with their costumers.
While browsing through the review in their official facebook page, most people don’t recommended Yamaha Nepal due because of bad service center. Most of them have dissatisfaction with service center.
In 2018 November, a customer doesn’t recommend Yamaha Nepal stating
The bikes are the best one but the services of yamaha is very poor not only the poor worst one
Regarding the service center, one customer says
They didn’t allow free servicing for the first time stating the customer came after 15 days of 2nd months that is after 75 days of purchase. But there was odd and even system on vehicles on Nepali road during the time of purchase.
Later on, the lockdown was imposed (Nishedhagya) and I couldn’t even use my bike for around 20 days. In total, I couldn’t use the bike for around 30 days.
Should I be there for free servicing in just 50 km? How can Yamaha Nepal expect not to extend free servicing period due to lockdown? Actually, they are cheating customers!
The one who are recommending Yamaha Nepal have also faced the dissatisfaction issue with the service center. See some more examples!
YAMAHA is always known for great bikes, but the service after sales and the staffs’ behaviour are poor. Please train your every single staffs for the way of speaking, behaving and professionalism.
Really dis for the management of yamaha nepal showroom staffs
They don’t know how to talk with customer and they even don’t know exact value of motorbikes price please don’t buy any bikes from yamaha showroom
Worst response of Manager in showroom of yamaha,They are being careless about yamaha motorcycles but its spare parts are highly cost than the bajaj,Yamaha is the best company for economy and sports bikes too but In nepal YAMAHA Became careless and also many costumers are unsatisfied like me, i love the yamaha company but the condition is worst in Our country due to those managers and mechanics of yamaha dealers,They didnt give any convince to the costumers after buying yamaha motorcycles,this type of activities cannot give the good response for the yamaha company in Nepal,i love the Fz25 But i am going to buy Ns200 due to this worst condition,i think yamaha bikes are way much better than other economic bikes in nepal,due to its refined, long lasting engine and price point,But the customer care is not satisfy in our country as other bikes
By surfing through the review, we can conclude that Yamaha bikes and scooters are really good. The thing they need to improve is customer experience and customer service center. Service centers should be improved for this.
