Honda CB 500X Unveiled | Price with Full Specifications

Honda recently unveiled 3 new models of bikes of different categories in Europe, the naked sports bike CB 500F, the sports bike CBR 500R and the Adventure Tourer Bike Honda CB 500X. All these bikes are said to Launch in India in early 2021. Today we will talk about the adventure tourer bike, Honda CB 500X. The bike now comes in BS6 variant with the parallel-twin engine like CB 500f and CBR 500R. Moreover, let us look at the full specifications and features of the bike along with the expected price.

CB 500X is powered by a Liquid-cooled 4-stroke DOHC parallel twin, 471 cc engine. It can produce a max power of 47.5 PS @ 8600 rpm and torque of 43 Nm @ 6500 rpm. It is noted to be a 6-speed transmission however, mileage has not been mentioned. Likewise, it has a Compression Ratio of 10.7: 1 with Stroke of 66.8mm and Bore of 67mm.

Talking about the measurements, the length of the Honda CB 500X is 2,155mm with a width of 825mm. Also, the height of the bike is 1,410mm and wheelbase is 1,445mm. Similarly, the Ground Clearance of Honda CB 500X is 180mm with a weight of 192kg. The seat height of the bike is 830mm. The design of the bike is very sporty and stylish and is available in Red, Black and White color.

CB 500X has Conventional Telescopic, 41mm, pre-load adjustable suspension on the front and Prolink mono with 5 stage pre-load adjuster, steel square pipe swingarm suspension on the rear. Moreover, the front brake of the CB 500X is a 310 mm disc and rear is a 240 mm disc with alloy wheels. Likewise, the tyres are tubeless with front tire size 110/80-19  and rear tire size 160/60-17.

CB 500X

CB 500X has a fuel capacity of 17.7 litres with Fuel Guage. The bike also has Digital speedometer as well as Tachometer. There are LED headlamp and LED tail lamp. Moreover, the bike has only electric start. The bike has other features 12 V 7.4 Ah battery, Dual Trip Meters,  Water Temp, Gear position indicator and so on.

Honda CB 500XR price and availability

The 2019 version is priced at £6 119 in Europe. It is said to be launched in India at early 2021. The expected price if ther bike in India is around 5-5.5 Lakhs. However, there is no news on when the CB 500X will be available in Nepal.
