Recently Hero launched its new bike, Hero Xtreme 160R in India. It said to be the 1st 160 cc bike of Hero to come into the market. Speaking of the design, Xtreme has a very unique and stylish design. Likewise, the bike seems aggressive and gives a streetfighter vibes. With muscular features and a huge fuel tank, you might think that the bike is heavy. But it weighs only 138.5kg which is considered to be lightweight for a bike. A lightweight bike really helps in the performance of the bike. Moreover, the bike is available in two variants, Dual disc and single disc. Let us look at the specifications of Hero Xtreme 160R.

Specifications of Hero Xtreme 160R

Xtreme 160R is powered by Air-cooled, 4 Stroke 2 Valve Single cylinder OHC, 163 cc engine. It can produce a max power of 15.2 PS @ 8000 rpm and torque of 14 Nm @ 6500 rpm. Also, the bike has a mileage of 45-50 kmpl and a fuel capacity of 12 L. It has kick-starting as well as a self-starting function. Likewise, the transmission is manual with a 5-speed gearbox.

It has telescopic with anti-friction bush suspension on the front and a 7 step Rider-adjustable Monoshock suspension on the rear. Moreover, the front brake of the Xtreme is disc and rear is also disc. The front brake is 276 mm and rear brake is 220 mm.

The bike has alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. The size of the wheel is 17-Inch. Similarly, there is also a digital speedometer and tachometer. Talking about the measurements, the length of 2040 mm with a width of 802 mm. Also, the height of the bike is 1010 mm and wheelbase is 1334 mm.

The bike is priced at ₹103,500 for double-disc and ₹99,950 for the single disc in India. There aren’t any official reports on when the bike will launch in Nepal. Likewise, the price in Nepal has also not been announced. But the bike may price around Rs 3 -4 lakh in Nepal.
