Dirt bikes are popular in Nepal because of the geography and road condition. Dirt bikes of various brands are being sold and distributed in the Nepali market. Customers, especially those who enjoy off-road and adventure rides, prefer dirt motorcycles.

Dirt bikes available in the Nepali start from the price range of Rs 385,000. So, today we will give you information about 4 dirt motorcycles at a price of Rs 4 lakh.

Yamaha XTZ 125

Yamaha’s XTZ 125 is powered by four-stroke SOHC air-cooled engine. It produces 12.5 bhp of power at 8,000rpm and 11.5 Nm of torque at 600rpm. The Yamaha XTZ 125 has 18-inch tires on the rear and 21-inch tires on the front. Similarly, the bike has 240 mm disc brakes on the front and measures 118 kg.

The Yamaha XTZ 125 has a length of 2090 mm, a width of 830 mm and a height of 1115 mm. With a ground clearance of 260 mm, this bike has an 11-litre fuel capacity tank.

Furthermore, it has telescopic suspension on the front and swing arm suspension on the rear. The lightweight Yamaha XTZ125 has the option of kick and electric start. An analogue speedometer and odometer are also fitted. Likewise, it features indicator, halogen light, attractive taillamp.

The price of Yamaha’s XTZ 125 in the Nepali market is Rs. 399,900.

Another motorcycle priced at Rs 4 lakh is Xplus 200. It has a 200 cc liquid single-cylinder, two-valve engine. The engine delivers 18.1 bhp of power and 17.1 Nm of torque. It also has a five-speed gearbox. Hero Xplus is the motorcycle that won the ‘Indian Motorcycle of the Year’ award in 2019.

General Marketing (NGM), the official dealer of Hero for Nepal, has been selling and distributing it in the market. Built-in a modern retro and functional design, the Xplus motorcycle has an attractive fuel tank.

Round headlamps, attractive taillights, engine kill switches, rear grab rails, and windscreens on the front side make the motorcycle very attractive.

It features double proposal tires, aluminium bass plate, imitation guard, high mount mudguard and more. It also has a ground clearance of 220 mm and a seat height of 825 mm.

The front of the bike has a 37mm telescopic Suspension with a 190mm stroke and a 10-step Rider-adjustable Monoshock. The rear wheel has a 170 mm travel unit.

It has 276 mm petal disc brakes in the front and 220 mm disc brakes in the rear. Single-channel ABS is available on this bike. Furthermore, NGM Nepal has been selling it in the market at a price of Rs 385,000.

Raman Motors, the official dealer of Bangladeshi motorcycle manufacturer in Nepal is selling runner hawk 200cc dirt bike in the market. Moreover, It has a 198.3 cc engine and delivers 12.7 horsepower at 7,500rpm and 14.5 Nm of torque at 5,500rpm.

Runner hawk has a length of 2,090 mm, a width of 880 mm and a height of 1,180 mm. It has 1,360 mm wheelbase.

The hawk motorcycle has high ground clearance which makes it easier to control even on hilly and difficult roads. The bike has a golden curl USD suspenser on the front and a mono-shock on the rear. The 132 kg motorcycle has a disc on both the front and rear brakes.

The motorcycle is painted in white and red. Likewise, it has diamond face headlights and a semi-digital instrument cluster.

The company has set a price of Rs 399,000 in the Nepali market.

VR 150

Hartford is one of the oldest dirt bikes sold in Nepal. This motorcycle was once very popular among the Nepali youth and can still be seen on the road in good numbers.

Furthermore, the Hartford Company has made the VR available in the Nepali market in two variants, 150 and 223. Available in 149 OHC 4 stroke engine, the VR delivers a maximum of 18.1 PS of power. It also has a 5-speed gearbox. It has a 12-litre fuel tank.

The company has given a double periscope in the front and a mono-shock suspension in the back to make the bike comfortable. The bike has 18-inch wheels. The bike is 2100 mm long, 775 mm wide and 1215 mm high with a wheelbase of 1350 mm.

Moreover, International Motors Pvt. Ltd, the official distributor of Hartford bikes has been selling VR 150 at Rs. 410,000.
