In Nepal, there is only one model of Bajaj Platina i.e Platina 100 ES. It is the cheapest bike of Bajaj available in Nepal. The Platina model got an update a few months back where the Emission was changed from BS4 to BS6. Likewise, the bike also got some other changes in the exterior. Platina is powered by Air Cooled, 4 Stroke, Single Cylinder, 102 cc engine. It can produce a max power of 7.9 PS @ 7500 rpm and torque of 8.34 Nm @ 5500 rpm. Also, the bike has a mileage of 80 kmpl and a fuel capacity of 11 L. It has kick-starting as well as a self-starting function. Likewise, the transmission is manual with a 4-speed gearbox.
It has Hydraulic, Telescopic Suspension on the front and SNS suspension on the rear. Moreover, the front brake of the Platina is drum and rear is also drum. The front brake is 130 mm and rear brake is 110 mm.
Talking about the measurements, the length of 2003 mm with a width of 713 mm. Also, the height of the bike is 1100 mm and wheelbase is 1255 mm. The 117.5 kg bike has alloy wheels. The tyres are a tube with front tire size 2.75-17 and rear tire size -3.00-17. Similarly, there is also an analogue speedometer and tachometer.
