How to Fill Up Online License Form?

After opening the form, first, select the zone without filling in anything else. Then wait a while and select District. Then wait a while again and select the VDC. And also select the zone above Captcha. Again, wait a while and select LICENSE ISSUE OFFICE. I am saying it again. Don’t fill out anything else until this is done.

After completing that, start filling the form from the beginning (from where the first name is written). Then do not use any of the previous selections. Now there is another thing to pay attention to.

How to prepare for likhit of driving license in Nepal

If you’re all set, before submitting the filled up form, press the refresh button given in the Captcha next to it. This is to find out if the server is working while you are trying to submit the form. Refresh the Captcha until it shows a new Captcha. And if you see a new Captcha, immediately put the Captcha and click on the Submit button without delay.

If the daily quota is still available, your form will go to the registration process, and you can finally save your form and also download it in PDF format.
