Tata Brings ‘Nexon K3 EV’ to the Nepali Market, Booking Opens

Tata Motors, India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has opened bookings for the latest version of its popular Nexon brand, the Nexon K3 EV, in the Nepali market. Tata’s official distributor in Nepal, Sipradi Trading, unveiled the design of the new Nexon with a 45 kWh battery capacity at a ceremony held in Gairidhara on Sunday, marking the start of bookings.

According to the company, this new Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV) features advanced technology, an attractive design, high efficiency, and state-of-the-art comfort features.

The starting price of the Nexon K3 EV is 48.99 lakh NPR. Additionally, as an introductory offer, customers will receive a 7.2 kW AC fast charger for free with the vehicle.

At the event, Rajendra Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading, stated: “In collaboration with Tata Motors, Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd. introduced its first electric vehicle, the Nexon EV Prime, in 2021 in Nepal. The overwhelming response from Nepali customers encouraged us to invest in Nepal’s EV ecosystem. Today, we proudly say that Sipradi has built Nepal’s largest EV ecosystem, with more than 185 charging stations and 16+ service centers. With the launch of Nexon K3 EV, we remain committed to providing excellent post-sales services.”
