Jeep’s first electric SUV, the Avenger, has won a prestigious award in Europe, being named the “European Car of the Year” for 2023. It is expected that this award-winning SUV will also be available in the Nepali market in the near future. The Avenger was first launched by Jeep at the Paris Motor Show just three months ago.
The front bumper of this electric SUV has been designed in an attractive way and features 18-inch aluminum wheels. Additionally, it comes with a signature LED taillight in the rear, and has a ground clearance of 200mm. The Jeep Avenger Electric is equipped with a 54 kWh lithium-ion battery that generates 156 HP and 260 Nm of torque. It has a claimed range of 400 km and more than 500 km in city mode, and comes with 6 driving modes.
The Avenger also boasts a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a same-sized digital touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity systems. The SUV comes with leather trimmed seats with power adjustment and massage function, multi-color ambient lighting system and panoramic sunroof.
In terms of charging, the Avenger can be charged up to 80 percent in about 24 minutes and can be fully charged in 5 hours from a public charging point. The Jeep brand is being imported and traded in Nepal by Life Automobiles under MAW Group.
